We bought zebra shades for our home from a company in Dallas, but they went out of business, so I reached out to Made in the Shade in Abilene when we were having trouble with one of them. They stayed on top of it until it was finally replaced by the manufacturer. Although they didn’t get the original sale, they gave us incredible customer service when the original store couldn’t! We had backporch screens that were torn due to high winds...:( Made in the Shade came out measured, showed us color choices & got them ordered👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼However, we apparently have really good taste🤭 because manufacturer  was having trouble getting the color "frame" we picked!!! After several times waiting on our color, we were given a choice of the mfgs "upgraded" colors, - FREE OF CHARGE - & once these were shipped & received, MIS came out within days & got them hung❣️❣️❣️They look beautiful! Our home and take measurements for four large roller shades for our family room. On time and very professional. Today was the installation and the shades are beautiful, easy to use, and perfect! Wonderful experience! Cindy and Rickey were able to come out the day after we moved into our new house. They sat down with me and showed me several different options on windows that looked similar to mine. Rickey then began measuring windows while Cindy helped me pick out shade colors. They answered every question I had and were very friendly. Even better, their quote came more than $2,000 less than a competitor.

The turnaround time was very quick; the shades were installed exactly 3 weeks after my consultation. Reese and Justice came to install them. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and worked quickly and efficiently. The process from consultation to install was seamless.
